Application Instructions

Applying is easy using our Online Application. A non-refundable fee of $100 must be submitted with each completed application. 

To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

Select the correct school year and grade level for which you wish to apply. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.

• PRESCHOOL - 2-day, 3-day, and 5-day PS is for students turning 3 years old by the start of school and potty trained.
• PRE-KINDERGARTEN - 3-day and 5-day Pre-K is for students turning 4 years old by September 1.
• TRANSITIONAL KINDERGARTEN - 5-day TK is for students turning 5 years old by December 1 or for those who desire a more advanced program than preschool but are not quite ready for full day Kindergarten. 
• KINDERGARTEN - Full day kindergarten is for students turning 5 years old by September 1 and who demonstrate kindergarten readiness as determined by incoming student assessment.

Upload the following required application documents:

• Copy of certified birth certificate
• Complete and current immunization records (state requirements can be found here)
• Progress report/report cards (current and past two years)
• Standardized Testing (current and past two years)
• Teacher/Administrator Referral (please provide the name and email address within the application)
• Student paragraph (Grades 6-8)
• Current or past IEP or 504 Plan (if applicable)

Submit the application with online payment.
